What I believe
Technology earns its place only when it serves a business goal.
If it moves no goal and pays nothing back, it is a cost with a demo attached.
Trust is designed in, not added later.
What an agent may touch, what it records and where a person decides are choices made on day one. Skip them and the pilot never leaves the pilot.
When building gets cheap, deciding what to build is the hard part.
AI moved the bottleneck from engineering to judgment. Most teams still run as if code were the scarce thing.
As agents do more of the work, people have to think better, not less.
Humans and agents work together. The thinking, and the accountability for what went wrong, stays human.
Simple systems beat clever ones.
