I’ve been building products with technology for over 17 years now, starting with a clunky inventory system in C++ back in 2003. Looking back, I’m not sure if I chose product management or if it chose me—but either way, here we are.
What keeps me busy
Most of my time goes into LexiMoney—an AI-first compliance and payments infrastructure for Indian exporters, incorporated in GIFT City. We’re building the digital backbone that makes export documentation, regulatory compliance, and cross-border settlements work together seamlessly.
I’m also co-founder at MoneeFlo, an RBI-licensed forex company (FFMC) serving the affluent class in tier-2+ cities. We focus on foreign university payments, currency exchange, and travel cards—combining physical presence with digital efficiency where traditional banks don’t reach.
Beyond this, I empower PMs and founders to translate judgment into action, in view of the evolving role of product & building stuff. This includes using AI for daily work, better & faster thinking, building prototypes with vibe coding & not just writing PRDs—specifically for non-tech PMs & founders. I am passionate about this.
The journey so far
Built a simple order & inventory software for a stationery shop using C++—freshly learnt at school. Didn't know it then, but this was the beginning of a lifelong obsession with building things.
Joined Ericsson India. Worked across 11 countries and eventually relocated to Uruguay in South America—an experience that fundamentally shaped how I think about scale, systems, and people.
While completing my PG in Marketing & Strategy from MDI Gurugram, built oneCommerce—a SaaS connecting FMCG brands with their distributors, wholesalers & retailers. Featured image-based product identification for on-shelf brand visibility reporting. ITC (Maharashtra & Goa) was a notable customer.
Joined Jio Platforms in Mumbai. Started on 5G products, then built a scalable private & permissioned Blockchain platform for Reliance—at the personal request of Mukesh Ambani, which was equal parts nerve-wracking and inspiring. Built multiple fintech products on the Blockchain for internal & external use cases. Left leading a team of 4 PMs, 3 Blockchain architects, and ~70 engineers.
Co-founded Kirana Truck during COVID—a weekly grocery delivery service on wheels, bringing a shop-like experience and local prices directly to housing societies. Profitable, digitally-enabled, with strong community traction. Wound down eventually due to capital intensity and seasonal nature.
Moved to Delhi and joined Airtel Digital. Built a scalable platform powering customer service experience, enabling cross-channel journeys and improving GTM for new features and ops processes.
Walked away from a job for the last time. Co-founded MoneeFlo (CPTO)—helping Indian students pay foreign university fees with ease, at a fraction of what banks charge. Holds FFMC license; operates in foreign currency exchange and travel cards, blending physical and digital for T2+ India.
Co-founded LexiMoney—an AI-native trade and payments infrastructure to modernize Indian exports, built out of GIFT City. Building the rails for a smarter, faster, more compliant export economy.
Along the way: 8 US patents, 2 published papers, and co-authored 2 books. They look good on LinkedIn, but the real learning has been in the messy, everyday work of building products people actually use.
How I think about work
My 2026 anchor: “In the AI era, don’t just think and plan. Translate judgment into action—and increasingly, into real artifacts.”
I’m drawn to the intersection of product, business, and technology—especially in regulated industries like fintech where complexity is the default and simplicity is the competitive advantage.
I believe in building with AI and no-code tools, not because they’re trendy, but because they let you ship fast and iterate based on reality, not assumptions. I care about execution over perfection, and outcomes over process.
I write regularly at my newsletter—thinking out loud about product management, building businesses, and translating AI capabilities into tangible value. It helps me figure out what I actually think.
What I believe
Start small, even if you’re dreaming big. Think from first principles. Trust people unless there’s a reason not to. Pick your battles wisely. And learn or die—the moment you stop learning, you’re obsolete.
I’m still figuring things out, one build at a time.
